Hi, I’m Alicia Gioia — a credentialed tax preparer dedicated to helping individuals, families, freelancers, and small business owners feel confident, supported, and informed during tax season.

I’m based in Hastings, Oswego County, New York, and proudly serve clients across New York State and nationwide through T Love Taxes and Financial Services.

With my PTIN, NYTPRIN, EFIN, and ERO credentials, I bring professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail to every return I prepare — but just as important to me is making sure you actually understand what’s being done and why.

As a mom of two boys, I know how busy and overwhelming life can get — and how stressful taxes can feel when they’re added on top of everything else.

That’s why my approach is simple:
